Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with resolving the issue.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part, Homtrex will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to customer preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
