Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Areas

Homtrex currently ships to customers within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue
